Products are sent through the Canada Post. Once an order is placed, you will be sent tracking information, so you can follow your purchase all the way to your doorstep.
- We ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm (Eastern Standard Time).
- Orders placed on our website will ship out the same day if placed before 12pm EST, otherwise they ship the next business day.

Same-day delivery is one of our current shipping and delivery methods. Patients who place an order for medical cannabis before 12pm EST Monday to Thursday are eligible for same day delivery service in select areas and postal codes within the GTA. Please refer to our map to see if you are eligible for this service. Until December 31, medical cannabis orders of $100* or more (before applicable taxes) will be eligible for free same day delivery. Once you place your order, you will receive a text message letting you know it’s been received. Our team will then prepare your order and send you another text to let you know once it’s on the way for delivery.
Unfortunately, you cannot edit an order once it’s been placed but you do have a couple of options. You can place a second order for additional items provided the combined total does not exceed your 30g limit. You can also cancel your order and place a new order for the items you want.
Absolutely. As long as they also live at your address and are over the age of 19. They will also need to present a valid photo ID.
Under the current circumstances of COVID-19, the stores are not accepting any returns. Please hang on to your receipt and we’ll be happy to look into the issue once the threat is reduced. Yes, Just like with alcohol or tobacco sales, All Canadian citizens are subject to photo identification requests while purchasing cannabis for the sake of age validation.
