Khalifa Kush Marijuana Strain

The Khalifa Kush hybrid is one of the strains from Wiz Khalifa’s brand of strains. In July 2020, the famous rapper announced his intentions to formally enter the marijuana industry as a seller of a collection of marijuana products. The strain is also referred to as Wiz Khalifa OG or KK.

The rapper collaborated with the Colorado-based RiverRock Cannabis company to produce this classic Indica dominant strain.

Despite being Indica-dominant, the strain produces subtle sedating properties with some energizing and creative effects.

Origin, THC levels, and genetic properties

In recent times, celebrities like Snoop Dogg, Willie Nelson, and now Wiz Khalifa have made their stand public on their love for marijuana.

They push for the legalization of the plant, and as a result, they have been involved in many marijuana campaigns as well as contributing to the breeding of customized strains, e.g., Khalifa Kush. We can only expect more and better strains in the future.

Wiz Khalifa teamed with RiverRock cannabis company to make this Indica dominant 80/20 hybrid with THC levels that go as high as 26% and 29%.

Khalifa was involved in the whole breeding process of breeding this OG Kush phenotype, which he says took years to perfect.
