Originated from the crossbreeding of Indica Death Star and Blood Rose, the Pink Death Star is an Indica-dominant hybrid. It was originally produced by Riot Seeds, who are Netherlands-based strain breeders.
Pink Death Star is identified by its large-sized conical flowers narrowed from the step and pointed at the top. Its leaves are bright greenish with dark green patches all over and orange pistils. What makes them enticing are their amber trichomes surrounding buds like a golden crown and giving them a golden-yellow luster. Moreover, the leaves sometimes also show hints of lavender, violet, and these pigments are stimulated in cold temperatures.
Coming down to its aromatic properties, the Pink Death Star emits spicy aromas with subtle hints of ginger and pepper in it, which make the strain stinging. Moreover, the strain’s buds also offer earthy and musky fragrance to balance out the stinginess. Owing to its parent strains, the Pink Death Star emits a diesel-like odor when grounded up. On the other hand, it produces a harsh, pungent smoke upon burning, which induces coughing and watery eyes.
Talking about its taste, the CBD strain gives a herbal and musky after taste. Since the purple hints in its appearance do not provide the strain any flavor, one cannot taste berry flavors in it.
It is one of the best marijuana strains for those who have a relatively low THC tolerance.
